Inclusive therapy in-person & online
IT’S TIME TO GROW INTO YOURSELF.
You're here because you want to feel safe and grounded in a complex world.
Every day seems to bring new challenges— trying to balance the future while existing in the present, coping with an increasingly hostile world as you try to live authentically, holding onto your humanity in the face of the inhumane. Past hurt compounds with present challenges to drain your energy, time, and spark.
The problems are heavy and the burnout is consuming. But you don’t have to carry that burden alone. We’re here for you, and together, we can find a better way to move past survival.
Community is key and we are part of your community.
WE ARE HAPPY YOU ARE HERE.
How we work
We believe you are your own expert.
The only person who will spend every second of your life with you is YOU. That makes you the best person to understand and interpret your own experience. Our role is to be active, knowledgeable, supportive helpers along your path. We will be respectfully curious about your lived experience and what mental well-being means to you.
Through evidence-based interventions, whole-person approaches, and genuine connection, we support your journey of growth and healing.
You plant the seed, we help it grow.

Get to know us
HEre’s what we believe about therapy:
Being fully seen without judgment is powerful.
Shame, criticism, and self-doubt erode your confidence and ability to show up authentically for yourself and others. Therapy is a place where those difficult feelings and their source can be explored and uprooted without fear of judgment.
All parts of you are welcome here with compassion.
Change is possible… and probable.
It is cliché but everything really does change. Nothing ever stays the same, including you. Your needs, values, roles, relationships, goals, and identity will naturally evolve across time. Therapy is the work to guide those transitions.
Change is inevitable but growth takes work.
This isn’t about “fixing” you.
Regardless of what you bring to the therapy room, you are worthy and good the way you are right now. Therapists are not mechanics here to fix a faulty brain. You and your therapist are teammates in exploration and growth.
You are inherently valuable.
Neurodiversity is beautiful
As neurodivergent-affirming therapists, we practice from a neurodiversity perspective- the belief that differences in neurological makeup are naturally occurring parts of human diversity. Neurodivergent brains do not need to be fixed because they are not broken. But neurodivergent people may benefit from support in navigating and coping with a world not built for them.
Your brain is not broken.
