You deserve healthy, loving relationships built on trust and genuine connection.
Relationships can be hard, and healthy connection takes intention. Even with our best efforts, communication can falter and closeness can feel out of reach. If you’re struggling to build or maintain relationships that feel fulfilling, supportive, and aligned with your best self, I can help you strengthen your communication, deepen emotional intimacy, and navigate conflict with more clarity and confidence. Individuals, couples, and people in polyamorous or consensually non-monogamous relationships come to me to better understand what their partnerships need in order to truly thrive. I warmly welcome LGBTQ+ and ENM/Polyam clients and honor all relationship structures.
With a trauma-informed approach, I also provide a safe and supportive space for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault to process their experiences, reconnect with themselves, and heal in ways that feel empowering and grounded.
MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH
Therapy should be a collaborative process where your voice is valued and your personal goals are the center of our work. Together, we can address any obstacles you're facing and develop strategies to help you feel more confident, balanced, and empowered. I have experience using various therapeutic approaches such as mindfulness practices, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based techniques to help clients manage anxiety, depression, and other emotional struggles.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kean University and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I am also currently a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in the state of Florida.
