“You deserve healthy, loving relationships built on trust and genuine connection.”

You’re exhausted from holding everything together on the outside while feeling overwhelmed on the inside. You find yourself overthinking, shutting down, or reacting in ways you don’t fully understand, and then being hard on yourself for it. When you’re stuck in this cycle, your relationships suffer too and the work required to repair feels overwhelming. Even if you or your relationship seems "put together" outwardly, it's okay to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck beneath the surface. This doesn't make you a failure in your life or your relationships - it just means that you, too, are human, and every person needs a space to explore themselves and their relationships.

Through the work we do together, you will feel more grounded, emotionally aware, and connected to both yourself and others. I specialize in helping individuals and couples understand how trauma impacts their emotional responses, behaviors, and relationships. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences at your own pace while still feeling gently guided and challenged. I warmly welcome LGBTQIA+ and ENM/polyamorous relationships and clients, and honor all relationship structures. Whether you are struggling with disconnection, or looking for help with anxiety and past trauma and how it affects you now, I want to provide that space.

We'll use a variety of tools during our work together, tailored to you and/or your relationship’s needs. I frequently employ trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person Centered Therapy. We'll explore your past and present in the lens of who you are as a person and what your strengths are. Then we’ll figure out how you want to show up moving forward. Together, we'll work through challenges and frame your experiences in ways that are more authentic to your experiences and how they affect both you and those around you.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Kean University and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Kentucky. I am a licensed clinical social worker in the State of Florida. If you need a space to explore your trauma and relationships and begin to heal, then I look forward to meeting you!
