I created Greenhouse Therapy Services to be a safe space for queer-friendly, neurodivergent-affirming care.

My services are rooted in the belief that everyone has the potential for growth and change, and I am here to support you on your journey. At my practice, I offer a warm and inviting atmosphere where you can feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and feelings. I specialize in a variety of areas, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. I use evidence-based therapies to help you gain insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change in your life.

My approach is tailored to meet your unique needs and goals, and I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process. We will work together to create a treatment plan that fits your lifestyle and preferences, and I will provide ongoing support and guidance throughout our therapy journey.

I am a highly trained and compassionate therapist dedicated to helping you achieve your mental health goals. A Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Florida, I offer in-person sessions at my Jacksonville office and telehealth sessions throughout the state. I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from Florida State University and a Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Gender Studies from the University of Florida.

I am also a Qualified Supervisor for Registered Clinical Social Work Interns in the state of Florida.
