Loss takes many forms. Your grief is valid and deserves to be heard.

I want to engage with you and support you in achieving your mental health goals in a way that feels empowering, affirming, and tailored to your unique needs. It’s important to me to create a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental therapy space—one where you can grow, heal, and hold space for all of life’s complex experiences and emotions. Life brings with it both beauty and hardship, and I believe therapy should be a space where we honor both. My approach centers on the belief that the human experience—your lived truth—is at the heart of the therapeutic process. I strive to highlight and build on the resilience, wisdom, and emotional strength you already possess.

I specialize in working with individuals navigating grief, trauma, anxiety, and depression. My work is grounded in cultural humility, compassion, and a deep respect for your story. I particularly enjoy working with adolescents and adults, including those who identify as neurodivergent and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. No matter who you are or what you've been through, you deserve a therapeutic space where you can be your full, authentic self without fear or shame.

MY BACKGROUND AND APPROACH

In our work together, I incorporate a variety of evidence-based tools and approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, mindfulness, and Person-Centered Therapy. These methods help us explore the narratives you carry, the emotions that arise, and the challenges you face, while always centering your voice and autonomy. I believe self-reflection and self-compassion are essential to healing and transformation, and I am here to walk alongside you in discovering what those practices look like for you.

I hold a Master of Science in Social Work from Fairfield University and a Bachelor in Social Work from Eastern Connecticut State University. I am currently a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern in Florida. I look forward to meeting you and being a part of your healing journey.
