Hello, I’m Sara!

The greatest struggles we face in life are often those that are entirely personal to us - questions about who we are, who we want to be, our self-image, and how we move through the world. You might feel disconnected from those around you and need support in exploring a version of yourself that wants to reconnect, or you might be tired of letting food and body image control your life. If you need support in exploring a version of yourself that feels authentic and grounded, or if you’re tired of letting food and body image control your life, I’m ready to help. I want to challenge your relationship to yourself and heal your relationship with your mind and body, to provide the tools and skills you need to be able to live the kind of life you want to live - whatever those goals may be for you. 

I specialize in working with eating disorder concerns, anxiety, perfectionism, problems rooted in neurodivergence and connection, and working with women and the LGBTQIA+ community. My goal at the end of the day is to meet you where you are at and help facilitate your growth in a different direction - one that helps you live a more authentic life.

I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and on using a Person-Centered approach throughout employing all of these tools. I strive to be compassionate, flexible, and curious about your lived experience and how you view both yourself and the world around you. I want to support you through your work of self-exploration and reconnecting with your mind and body.

I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stetson University. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I look forward to meeting you!
